1. According to whether the belt conveyor mechanism has been made into an integrated structure when manufacturing the belt scale, it can be divided into:
Embedded type belt scale and whole type belt scale. The embedded belt scale and its supporting belt conveyor may not be designed and manufactured at the same time. Usually, the belt scale manufacturer will go to the user's site and install the weighing unit (including weighing platform and weighing sensor) on the rack of the belt conveyor which is usually separately provided by the user to form the weighing system together. The conveyor required by the whole type belt scale, including conveyor frame, roller and roller, conveyor belt, drive motor and so on, has been designed and manufactured into an integrated structure with the belt scale weighing components, the length of the conveyor is generally shorter than the embedded type.
2. According to the bearing device type of belt scale, it can be divided into:
Weighing table belt scale and conveyor belt scale. The bearing device of the weighing table belt scale only includes part of the conveyor. As a part of the belt conveyor, this kind of belt scale transports materials together with the belt conveyor. The carrying capacity of conveyor belt scale is a complete conveyor. This kind of belt scale has its own power and can transport materials independently.
Divided into: single - speed belt scale, multi - speed belt scale and variable - speed belt scale. Among them, the multi-speed belt scale can be scheduled in several different speed belt speed, while the variable speed belt scale can be within a certain speed range without change. 3. According to the feeding side of the belt scale, it is divided into:
Feeding belt scale and dragging belt scale. In the former case, the materials in the silo are not in direct contact with the conveyor belt, but are fed to the conveyor belt successively by other feeding devices (such as vibrating feeder, disk feeder, star feeder, etc.). In the latter case, materials in the silo are pressed directly on the conveyor belt and dragged out when the conveyor belt is in operation. For the towing balance, the variable speed balance should be used to change the running speed of the conveyor belt to adjust the material flow. For the feeding scale, it is generally used to adjust the feeding speed of the feeding device to change the flow rate of the material. The belt scale with suitable speed can be used for many purposes, or it can be used occasionally. If necessary, the feeding speed of the feeding device and the running speed of the conveyor can also be adjusted simultaneously.
