One, the situation of belt conveyer
At present, most of the production plants of belt machines are TD75 or DTII belt conveyer. Because the production plant is not strictly according to the standard in the process of production and installation, it has a great influence on the installation of the follow-up electronic belt scale.
1. When the belt conveyer is transported by air, most of the middle flat roller of the groove roller does not rotate or turn. This is mainly because the height of the driving drum and the reformed drum is slightly higher than the nominal height of the groove roller. When the material is on the belt, the belt is attached to the middle supporting roller by gravity. This kind of belt machine has little influence when it is used only for transportation, but the belt conveyor must be reformed when the belt weigher is installed. The simple practice is to make the support roller support as a whole. If the belt is too narrow or too tight, it must be high in the middle of the middle flat roller of the groove roller, so as to ensure that the belt conveyer is transported by air. Each roller can rotate normally. Otherwise, in the process of measuring the belt scale, the horizontal tension of the belt counteracts the downward gravity of some material, so the belt scale sensor can not accurately weigh the material weight on the belt, and the influence on the measurement precision is very large, and the measurement precision can not be guaranteed. The concrete method of high roller cushion is to weld a certain height on both ends of the shaft of the middle pinch roller. 2. The precision of the manufacturing precision of the roller frame of the belt conveyor is low. Because the production quality of belt conveyor trough type roller group is uneven, it is necessary to check the dimension of the roller. In the process of site installation, we found that the height of the two pillars of the support roller support is not consistent, which causes the middle roller not to be horizontal, one is that the belt is easy to run off, and the two is to influence the measuring precision of the belt scale. The solution is to install the thin wire rope or fine wire on both sides of the belt conveyor of the belt conveyor when the belt conveyor is installed. The support of the middle roll to the belt and the rotation of the rotor should be observed after the two sides of the roller are normal. If the problem is found, the roller frame should be removed to measure, and the change or replacement should be carried out if it is incorrect.
3. The height of the middle frame of the belt conveyer is not consistent. The main reason is that the quality of the belt conveyer is not qualified, or the height of the left and right side changes due to the long-term use. If the level height difference is too large in the installation, it is impossible to guarantee the normal installation of the belt scale frame, so the belt conveyor should be adjusted. According to the height of the difference between the left and right, the level of the roll group is not less than 6 groups before and after the belt scale, and the scale body level is guaranteed in the installation, so that the measurement accuracy can be guaranteed.
Two, the installation location of belt scale and attention to the general situation, the user order the belt scale in advance to consult, to the belt scale production plant, such as conveyor belt width and length, maximum transmission, measurement precision requirements and other data, by the belt scale manufacturers to assist selection, model initial determination, and then the user to provide The size parameters of the belt conveyor or the manufacturer send people to the site for actual measurement. If the user only provides the type of belt conveyor, the belt weigher production plant must pay attention to the actual measurement of the size of the belt conveyor and the middle frame, so as to avoid the difficulty in installation of the belt scale size and the actual size of the field, which may seriously affect the measurement accuracy. If the construction and installation of the belt conveyor is still not carried out, it is only purchased according to the design drawings, then it is necessary and the user to ask which manufacturer produces the belt machine, and then the belt machine manufacturers further determine the type and size of the belt conveyor, if possible, the belt machine can be installed to carry out the field measurement, or Ask the user to request the belt machine factory to make and install strictly according to the standard, avoid the size of the belt scale scale and the actual size of the belt conveyor, and affect the measurement accuracy. After installing the personnel to the installation site, we must first determine whether the size of the belt scale is in line with the size of the site, and it can be installed without error. In addition to strictly operating according to the installation requirements of the belt scale, we should pay special attention to the following points:
1, select the installation location. The selection of the correct installation position of the belt weigher is very critical. Some users may specify the location of the installation. The site installation personnel must choose according to the actual situation of the belt conveyer, and find that the designated position of the other side has a reasonable place to explain to the other party, and it can not be moved to each other blindly. When the driving drum of the belt conveyor is on the head, the scale should be positioned in the middle and near the tail cutting point. The support at the installation position of the belt scale should be strong enough to be properly reinforced when the strength is insufficient.
2. The belt conveyor with convex arc segments should be at least 6m above the convex arc curve. The belt conveyor with concave arc segments should be at least 12m above the concave arc curve.
3, the aligning roller, the guide roller or the vertical roller must be at least 183 meters from the belt scale before and after the belt weigher. It can not be satisfied at least 6 meters away.
